We are after a piano-keyboard player to join us in our electronic-poprock/indie fusion band.

Every 6 weeks on average we have a team day, where we tend to meet in Cheltenham. Food, drink and studio hire are all covered by TTR (occasionally travel costs).
We have two location bases: Base 1: N/W Midlands (Staffs/Cheshire); Base 2: Bristol.
We have a booking agent with paid appointments now coming in as of this year. Expenses are met and we are beginning to get extra too, though at present the rate varies.
The band is made up of 2 drummers, lead vocalist, a guest pianist and backing vocalist, a Bass/Sampler player and Rhythm guitarist. We are seeking a lead guitarist also.
We have one album so far, released Nov 2010 and we are performing tracks from this album as well as beginning to look at new ones.
YOUR ROLE:
For our indie/pop style songs, you will need to articulate as close as possible the melodies heard from the current album tracks that we play, as well as contributing creatively to new ones. For the electronic tracks, your role is to add bits to enhance each track. This could be a small repeated riff for example, or a sound-effect such as wind, water or walking etc.
Preferably, you will be at the top end of intermediate, into Expert.
