pro band looking for a keyboard player for a Pop/Rock/soul/funk/covers band for international work.
could be a cruise or hotel.
need to have a pro attitude and suitable skill level a current passport and be available to travel when and wherever.
The band will consist of Guitar /vocal,bass, keys and drums .All genders welcome.
There will be some 30 or so numbers initially a mix of soul and funk plus extras.
BVs are a must but you dont need to be xfactor contenders just realistic in your efforts.
It will be a show band so best dressed ( no jeans or tea shirts.)
Corporate look suited and booted (.format to be discussed )
No egos required. This is about a pro working situation.all members will also be ambassadors for the band collectively .
Lets have fun while we enjoy what were doing.Polite and friendly with a sense of humour .
There will need to be a commitment to put the show together in Birmingham/West midlands.
We would also shoot a comprehensive one camera video for promo purposes..(agents will want to see what they are paying for naturally)
Any and all work is on a self employed basis and initial start up costs to be born equally
.i,e rehearsal time video etc.Costs to be kept to a minimun..I.E ( do our homework then two or three comprehensive rehearsals to tighten the set.)
After comprehensive research I believe there to be an abundance of international work but the ground work is fundamentally important to secure the best deals .
Most work packages are offered with a guaranteed fee and flights and accommodation included.

In short this is a joint venture and a new prospect which i am certain will prosper with everyone pushing in the same direction ..
